Disturbed (engl. für gestört, wahnsinnig) ist eine US-amerikanische Metal-Band. Sie wurde 1996 in Chicago gegründet und steht derzeit bei Reprise Records unter Vertrag. Disturbed gilt heute in der Regel als Alternative Metal-Band, wird aber gelegentlich auch den Genres Nu Metal und Heavy Metal zugeordnet. Bis zum Juni 2014 verkaufte die Band weltweit insgesamt mehr als 14 Millionen Tonträger, davon alleine neun Millionen in den USA.
