The project C.O.N. Sequencer was started by McCOY and drummer MILQUE in 1999 and in 2000 they were joined by the guitar-player ARROW. The live acts feature only MILQUE and ARROW, because McCOY is always on the road with S.U.N. Project. It is rare though to find live guitars and drums in the psy-trane scene. Their first releases were a very funky groovy kind of psychedelic trance with some housy influences and many guitars. With their 5th album "Strange Planet" they changed a little bit to the direction full-on. .

Hardy Hard, früher Hardsequencer (eigentlich Kay Lippert; * 10. September 1974 in Dresden) ist ein deutscher Musiker und Techno-DJ. Er wuchs im Freitaler Stadtteil Zauckerode auf, wo er auch zur Schule ging. Dort begann er mit seinem Amiga an ersten Musikstücken zu arbeiten. Seine Lehre als Einzelhandelskaufmann im damaligen provisorischen Allkauf-Zelt brach er zugunsten seiner Musikkarriere ab. Zunächst arbeitete er in den 1990er Jahren unter seinem ersten Pseudonym Hardsequencer und spielte vorwiegend Liveacts. Ende der 1990er benannte er sich in Hardy Hard um.
