Hooded Menace sind eine Doom-/Death-Metal Band aus Joensuu, Finnland. Sie wurde im Sommer 2007 von Gitarist Lasse (Phlegethon, Vacant Coffin) gegründet. Als musikalische Einflüße gibt die Band unter anderem Asphyx, Winter und frühe Candlemass an. Lyrisch wird die Band von spanischen Horrorfilmen wie "Tombs of the Blind Dead", "Return of the Evil Dead" und "Horror of the Zombies" beeinflußt.
