Billy Talent ist eine Punk-/Alternative-Rock-Band, die 1993 in Mississauga, Ontario, Kanada gegründet wurde. Bandgeschichte Der Leadsänger Benjamin Kowalewicz wurde am 16. Dezember 1975 in Montreal geboren. An der "Our Lady of Mount Carmel Secondary School" lernte er Jonathan Gallant kennen, mit dem er in der Band To Each His Own spielte. Bei einem Bandwettbewerb trafen sich die heutigen Bandmitglieder, die damals noch in verschiedenen Bands spielten, und beschlossen, in Zukunft zusammen zu spielen. Die neue Band nannte sich Pezz und die Musikrichtung war zu dieser Zeit noch Progressive Rock. Neben einigen lokalen Auftritten nahmen sie 1998 das Album Watoosh! auf.[1]...

The story so far.... No Talent were originally formed in early 2004. By that time, 6 kids in middle school decided to make a "cover band". Songs from Linkin Park, Hoobastank, Finch, Story of The Year, etc. were covered and done on many stages. These kids were Ichan, Dimas, Genta, Gianni, Daniel, and Jaka. Soon, Aceh took Jaka's place as vocal and scream. They were involved in many festivals and local events, being articled in one of local hometown magazine once in 2005. Aside from being an MC, he is also the host of The 54 Side show on Radiohiphop.com and 91.9FM WHUT in NYC.
