Absolom ist ein belgisches Trance-Projekt. Mitglieder sind DJ, Remixer und Produzent Christophe Chantzis (* Christophe Steve Fotini Chantzis), DJ Jimmy Goldschmitz und Sänger Pascale Feront. Christophe Chantzis, auch bekannt als 'DJ Jam' und 'DJ Glenn', ist neben Absolom Mitglied von Astroline, Chantzis & Vanspauwen, DJ Jan & Christophe Chantzis, Illusion, Kraxler & Schwartz, Perfect Sphere, Sluts und Time Sliders. Andere Projekte von Jimmy Goldschmitz heißen Capone, Liquid-D und Moira. Die beiden DJs fanden sich Mitte der 1990er Jahre in der belgischen Club-Szene für ihr erstes gemeinsames Projekt zusammen. DJ Solo is a member of the Los Angeles-based collective of artists known as the Soul Assassins which includes hip-hop legends Cypress Hill along with the DJ Muggs, super producer Alchemist and the world famous tattoo artist Mister Cartoon. Recently, DJ Solo teamed up with producer Roger Jao to create a masterpiece mix made up entirely of the essentials of the hair band era called "Hair Metal Hero," which can be downloaded for free. Solo wurde bereits mit seinen ersten Singles, "Ora Che Sei Gia Una Donna" und "Blue è Blue" im Jahr 1963 zum Teenie-Idol in Italien. Der „italienische Elvis“ nahm am Festival di Sanremo 1964 mit dem Titel "Una lacrima sul viso" teil; aufgrund einer Kehlkopfentzündung wurde nur ein Playback gespielt, was zu dieser Zeit noch verboten war und woraufhin er disqualifiziert.
