Artist Dylan Golden Aycock by the name of The Doldrums hails out of Tulsa, OK, USA. Employs experimental use of pedal steel guitar and dobro, and using a large variety of other sound sources; field recordings, old records, found sound. His Compositions are experimentally crafted and improvisational in nature. Also known for his pedal steel work with ambient rock band "Mar" From Charlotte N. Carolina. Digitalis Industries released a tape of improvised pedal steel tracks "Ahava" under the alias Talk West in 2010. Also Releases on UK based electronic music label Make Mine Music, and Tulsa based artist collective Organum Records and Scissor Tail Editions.
