The project history dates since Bazooka Boy saw Lady Pinky performing, she stunned him with her deep and strong voice. He marched up to her and said: 'Yo baby, end this hippie bullshit and come with me, so you can sing to some worthy beats! I'll make you a star!' She scrutinised him with that innocent look of hers and said to him: 'Weeeell, why not...' And this, my dear children, is the way Lady Pinky and Bazooka Boy started collaboration on two projects, one of which is called Pink Bazooka.
In the meantime they've managed to work out their proper sound, most of which is electro-clash with elements of house or even dub. Pink Bazooka concerts are a perfect way to loose yourself in the long trance songs, which consist of strong electro beats and the whole is nicely wrapped by the Pinky Lady vocals to give you a package of extreme music. No one should be surprised if a strong, full-of-energy electro-punk throw-in should appear in the same gig or should the famous mother of one of the band members charge up the scene.
With their gigs they quickly won the crowd and the support of the media, so the interest of recording labels was just a question of time. That interest resulted in releasing the single 'Kipon' for '49 Manekinow Rec.' and the '2nd B-day of Saturator Mix'. The cover of O.M.D.'s 'Enola Gay' was featured on Pink King vol. 3 labeled by Electroclash.pl and the song 'Miauuuuu' went on the July-August 2008 Laif Magazine CD. .
