Slovene music group Moveknowledgement, from summer 2006 a 5-piece band, originate from Novo mesto (Slovenia) and their ambition is offering the audience a wide musical experience. The Moveknowledgement repertoire changes from one concert to the next and consists of hip-hop (forget about the stereotypes of this genre; frontman N'Toko uses rapping only as a means of expression), drumnbass, jungle, funk, reggae, electro-dub, improvisational jam sessions and freestyles. The band received the Slovenian Bumerang Award for the Best Live Act in 2002. Lead vocalist N'Toko became the National Freestyle Champion of Slovenia in 2002 and 2003 and in the meantime they have toured all over Slovenia, Croatia, even Bosnia and Serbia. NToko also released eight solo albums. Lately they are regular guests in France (Festival »Visages Francophones, Visages de la Slovenie«, september 2005, Cahors; Festival »Europavox« - N'Toko with his live band, Clerrmont-Ferrand + Lyon and St. Porcain, May and June 2006; residency in Ninkasi Kao, Lyon + a concert at the club's anniversary, September 2006; N'Toko's featuring with MacZdeCarpate on the compilation "Opus Compilateur No.2" (2006); Festival »De Mondes aux Balkans 2006«), Europavox 2007, club tour March 2008.
