Catenation is a still active noise industrial metal band founded in 1996.

Their unique music can be described as a mixture of industrial, electro, metal, noise and ambient. After many different projects and cassettes under different names, the first Album "Rooms 01-08" was released in March 2012.

Catenation use the following instruments: drums, guitars, voices, welding machine, saw, angle grinder, driller, piano, prepared piano, defect cassette recorder, old tape machine, old amplifier, 386dx computer with fm-soundcard, violin, bow, glass, wrenches, hammers and everything that can be beaten, effects, synthies, distortion, ...
