http://whoisyoungjesus.com/ Hello, you turkeys. We are Young Jesus. We are Cody Kellogg (lead guitar), Peter Martin (drums), Shawn Nystrand (bass), and John Rossiter (guitar/vox). We can combine into one big, multi-limbed transformer type thing, but that's with a lot of duct tape and roughhousing. Though we love to roughhouse and jangle around, we love playing rock music more. We have self-released two EPs (Late Night Standards and Young, Innocent, and Hairy). We have a debut LP recorded and on the way. We hope our rock music is a reflection of some of the darkness that makes happiness so profound. We've...
Born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts, Victor's love for music was cultivated and shaped by his mother, a singer and a Julliard-trained pianist. After attending Bowdoin College, Victor moved to the San Francisco/Bay Area where he built a successful business and began studying voice and songwriting. In 1998, a mutual friend introduced Victor to the Grammy-nominated producer/songwriter, Kashif (Kenny G, George Benson, Whitney Houston), which led to their collaboration on his debut album, Promise (1999). Released on Victor's independent label, Regina Records, the CD gained impressive reviews and a strong cult following. In 2002, Victor followed...
Young the Giant are an American alternative rock band who formed in Irvine, California in 2004. The band consists of Sameer Gadhia (vocals, percussion), Jacob Tilley (guitar), Eric Cannata (guitar), Payam Doostzadeh (bass) and François Comtois (drums). The band's name is purposefully nonsensical; Gadhia explained it as a "leftfield idea" meant to evoke curiosity. The band released their debut self-titled album, Young the Giant, on 25 January 2011, which was preceded by a digital-only release in October 2010. The first single, "My Body," reached #5 on the Billboard Alternative Songs chart, and a second single, "Cough Syrup," reached #3 on...

Apart from bass player Peter Knorn, there were two guitarists, Tommy Newton and John Lockton, as well as drummer Bernie Van of Graaf forming the group. After they originally worked with singer Pedro Schemm - after a small interlude with the later Thunderhead shouter Ted Pullit - the singer Charlie Huhn joined, who had formerly played with Gary Moore and Ted Nugent. By recommendation of Scorpions guitarist Rudolph Schenker the band was guided by David Krebs' (of Scorpions and Aerosmith fame ) management. 2)...
