Acid Black Cherry is the solo project of YASU (born January 27, 1975), the vocalist of the j-rock band Janne Da Arc. Their first single, "SPELL MAGIC," released July 18, 2007, contained two tracks. For this project, YASU has teamed up with SHUSE (ex-La'cryma Christi) on bass, guitarists YUKI (ex-/\ucifer), Akihide (BREAKERZ) and Chisato (PENICILLIN) and Jun-ji (ex-Siam Shade) on drums. SUGIZO (ex-LUNA SEA) and DAITA (ex-Siam Shade) have also participated in recording a few tracks for the project. The Doors were an American rock band which formed in Los Angeles, California, United States in 1965. The band consisted of Jim Morrison (vocals), Ray Manzarek (organ), Robby Krieger (guitar) and John Densmore (drums). In this configuration, the band released six albums, all of which were successful and released two US #1 hit singles - 1967's "Light My Fire" and 1968's "Hello, I Love You". A few of their members have appeared elsewhere, but for the most part their public appearances (and subsequent popularity) have been limited.
