Polish blues and folk singer, guitarist and composer. Born February 24, 1955 in Kraków. Jakubowicz debuted in 1983 with "Maquillage" longplay. After that she released nine more albums: "Martyna Jakubowicz Live" (1985), "Bardzo grozna ksiezniczka i ja" (1986), "Wschodnia wioska" (1987), "Koncert live Jarocin" (1989), "Patchwork" (1991), "Total" (1992), "Kolysz mnie" (1992), "Dziewczyna z pozytywka Edwarda" (1995), "Skorka pomaranczy" (1998). Jakubowicz surprisingly returned in 2005 with "Tylko Dylan" longplay which contained Bob Dylan's songs in Polish versions. .
