Gym Class Heroes, New Yorklu alternatif hip hop müzik grubu. New York'lu grubun en bilinen parçaları Amerika listelerinde 5 numarada bulunan "As cruel as school children" albümünden "Cupid's Chokehold" . Grubun kuruluşu 1997 tarihine dayanıyor.Travis "Schleprok" McCoy (vokal) beden eğitimi dersinde(grubun ismi buradan geliyor) davulcu Matt McGinley ile arkadaş olurlar ve daha sonra güçlerini gitarist Milo Bonacci ve basçı Ryan Geise ile birleştirdiler.Grup önceleri doğum günü partilerinde ve kulüplerde çaldı. The Heroes are an Indie/Mod/Punk band formed in Leicester during April 07. They have had a number of member changes, but found the right line up in August 09. Their main influences are The Libertines, The Jam and The Clash, but there are elements and influences from much more.
