Alestorm est un groupe écossais de pirate metal, un croisement entre le power metal et le folk metal. Avant, le groupe s'appelait Battleheart et sortirent deux EPs en 2006 : "Battleheart" et "Terror on the High Seas".En 2008, le groupe sort l'album "Captain Morgan's Revenge".
