Marianas Trench is a Juno-nominated Canadian pop punk band from Vancouver, British Columbia, formed in 2001. They have released three full length albums, the most recent titled Ever After, released on November 21, 2011, along with 2006's Fix Me and 2009's Masterpiece Theatre. Lead singer, guitarist, and lyricist Josh Ramsay (Born June 10th, 1985) grew up in a musical family, with his mother being a singing teacher and his father owning a recording studio. Trenches ist eine Band aus Indianapolis. Nachdem Jimmy Ryan seine Band "Haste the Day" im Jahre 2005 verließ, gründete er "Trenches". Trenches veröffentlichte unter Solid State Records im Jahre 2008 ihr erstes Album mit dem Namen "The Tide Will Swallow Us Whole". Jedoch wurden die Songtexte bisher nie veröffentlicht.
