dayinthelife were a New York post-hardcore band formed by singer George Reynolds and singer/guitarist Josh DeMarco. The two founder members were subsequently joined by Blunt (guitar), Kris Fleischmann (bass), and John Kamoosi (drums). With the aim of pushing the boundaries of hardcore, dayinthelife mixed the former with elements of other styles, including rock and metal.
