HEADLESS RAPIST brought a new sound to the noise scene in early '09, and have continued to hone a unique vision ever since. Widely respected Connecticut hardcore/metal dj NORTHFACE introduced rap vocalist, graffiti artist and "former" coke dealer DARK DRONE to the semi-legal video work of KDSX in late '08. KDSX - who had left the legendary NYC video outfit MADAME CHAO'S early on due to legal difficulties from trafficking underground pornography - saw an opportunity to bring out something few others seemed to want to touch, much less to understand. The beginnings of Cemetery of Scream reach back to 1992, after a few local bands broke up and Marcin Piwowarczyk /guitars/ together with Grzegorz Książek /drums/ started to work on a new stuff- totally different from trash-death metal they used to play with their former groups. In April 1993 they recorded their first demo tape called "Sameone". During the session they were backed up by Jacek Królik /bass/ and Marcin Kotas /vocals/, who eventually became members of the band. This band here, the Zip Code Rapists, features Gregg Turkington and his friend from work John Singer. Their live shows were noisy yellfests that often resulted in Greg throwing something at somebody in the crowd and hurting them. But in a Funny Way! For, as violent and threatening as this ridiculous duo tried to be, at the end of the day, all they succeeded in doing was making us laugh .

There are a couple bands using the same name: 1) Chicago dark punk, early Christian Death worship. Formed in a basement on the southside of Chicago in October 2010. Released a demo in summer of 2011, and an album "Wind and Shadows" in 2015 2) Cemetery was an old school death metal band from Germany, who only recorded a single demo and an album entitled "Enter the Gate".
