Joanna Pacitti (born October 6, 1984 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is an American singer and lead vocalist in the band City (Comma) State. Pacitti began pursuing a pop career throughout her teenage years. When she was 14 years old, she was discovered by Michelle Young, who met her in a restaurant and was instantly impressed by her demo tapes.
