Popek is a cult figure in Polish underground hip-hop. Jim Matheos is the guitarist and primary songwriter for the progressive metal band Fates Warning. He has also released two solo instrumental albums. Additionally, Jim plays in OSI (described as a 'project with band aspirations') alongside Kevin Moore (Chroma Key, ex-Dream Theater), who handles keyboards, programming, and vocals. He also participated on the project called Gordian Knot, which is a fusion of Progressive Rock and Jazz, alongside with musicians like Jason Gobel, Sean Reinert, and Gordian Knot mastermind Sean Malone. .
