The Negro Problem is the brain child of Mark Stewart (aka Stew) and performs an intriguing blend of psychedelic rock, funk, motown r&b, and Bacharach-style pop. This is a Cuban artist, from Havana. Called Gorky Aguila. His group is called Porno para Ricardo. And he hasn't being recognized in Cuba as an artist at all. The Cuban government considers Gorky's songs to be a threaten against the State security. Gorky has being arrested and wrongly accused of antisocial behavior in several occasions. The Canton Spirituals are an award-winning gospel recording group and are regarded as pioneers in the genre of traditional gospel music. Founded in Canton, Mississippi in 1943, the original Canton Spirituals were Eddie Jackson, Theo Thompson, Roscoe Lucious and founder Harvey Watkins, Sr. (December 5, 1929-November 16, 1994). Today, the group is fronted by Watkins' son, Harvey, Jr., and consists of Billy Voss, David Curry, Merlin Lucious, Alton Hollis and Maurice Morgan. .
