Metin Alatlı was born in 1936 and during the 60's he was a member of several groups, including the legendary garage band Siluetler. After that he moved to France for a while and upon returning to Turkey he made a few shows in several nightclubs with a band that had a drum-machine instead of a real drummer, which was quite unusual for the time. Metin Kahraman and Kemal Kahraman are two brothers, living Germany and Turkiye, who are composing music in Zazaki, Kurmanci and Turkish. They are ex-members of Grup Yorum. In their homeland they are seeking for archaic music, fairy tales, myths and praerys of the Kurdish-Zazaish folk culture. They operate as music ethnologists but also as songwriters and musicians.
