Los Cadetes de Linares are famously known for their corridos, ballad-style songs about famous drug cartel criminals or heroes in the rural frontier of the US-Mexico border. Aldo Linares aka Al Domina is a Peruvian writer, composer and musician based in Madrid, Spain. He played in some late 80s&/early 90s techno-pop Peruvian bands from Arequipa and Lima. After moving to Madrid in 1992 he started his solo carreer but he doesn't published any of his work untill the foundation of the naive techno-pop band Sukiyaki (with Elena Cabrera and Jorge Palomar, later the band was also joined by Mario Román and ocassionally joined by arquitechet, musician and stage designer Pablo Padilla) in 1997-8.
