Zespół powstał w listopadzie 2001 z inicjatywy Damiana Bednarskiego (gitara), Wojtka "Vojcisza" Dąbrowskiego (bas) oraz Leszka Satro (bębny). Wówczas postanowiliśmy nazwać nasz zespół DEPRESSION, lecz okazało się, iż taka kapela istnieje, więc zmieniliśmy szybko nazwę na CONTRADICTION. Wkrótce dołączył do nas na bardzo krótko (jedna próba) Szymon "Głupi" Dobrosielski(gitara). Nie zagrał już więcej, z racji swych małych umiejętności. Początki, jak początki każdego zespołu, były bardzo ciężkie. Nasze pierwsze próby odbywały się w Ośrodku Profilaktyki Środowiskowej i nie były zbyt udane. Enthrone the Unborn was founded in Kerava (Finland) in 2011.Their biggest musical influences can be traced back to the Scandinavian melodic metal scene of pre-y2k, but the band has also spiced up its music with the atmosphere of the American metal scene of today.
