Acid Black Cherry is the solo project of YASU (born January 27, 1975), the vocalist of the j-rock band Janne Da Arc. Their first single, "SPELL MAGIC," released July 18, 2007, contained two tracks. For this project, YASU has teamed up with SHUSE (ex-La'cryma Christi) on bass, guitarists YUKI (ex-/\ucifer), Akihide (BREAKERZ) and Chisato (PENICILLIN) and Jun-ji (ex-Siam Shade) on drums. SUGIZO (ex-LUNA SEA) and DAITA (ex-Siam Shade) have also participated in recording a few tracks for the project. Red Velvet (Hangul: 레드벨벳) is a five-member South Korean girl group formed by S.M. Entertainment in 2014. They made their debut with the digital single "행복 (Happiness)", which was released August 4, 2014. The group originally consisted of four members: Irene (아이린), Seulgi (슬기), Wendy (웬디), and Joy (조이). Black Beat (블랙 비트) was a boy band from South Korea formed in 2000. Black Beat belonged to SM Entertainment. A few of their members have appeared elsewhere, but for the most part their public appearances (and subsequent popularity) have been limited.
