Rammstein is a German metal band which was formed in 1994, in Berlin, and consists of Till Lindemann (lead vocals), Richard Kruspe (lead guitar and backing vocals), Paul Landers (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Oliver Riedel (bass guitar, "Ollie"), Christoph Schneider (drums and Electronic percussion, "Doom") and Christian Lorenz (keyboards, "Flake"). Frédérick Landier is Rubin Steiner, a French man with a German pseudonym (because it sounded 'exotic'). Rubin's passion for mixing music from unexpected genres earnt him a show with his local station, Radio Béton. Stein Torleif Bjella (born in 1968) is a songwriter and musician from Øvre-Ål, Norway.
His debut, Heidersmenn, was released in 2009 and produced by Kjartan Kristiansen, known from DumDum Boys. Geir Sundstøl and Lars Haavard Haugen were some of the artists who contributed on the album.
For the debut, Bjella picked up two nominations for Spellemannsprisen 2009 (the norwegian Grammy) in the categories Best Folk and Best Lyricist.
In 2011, Bjella's second album, Vonde visu was released to great reviews.

Rodgers and Hammerstein were an American songwriting duo consisting of Richard Rodgers (1902 – 1979) and Oscar Hammerstein II (1895 – 1960). They are most famous for creating a string of immensely popular Broadway musicals in the 1940s and 1950s, during what is considered the golden age of the medium. Born in fall 1984 as a personal-musical project, Gerstein has been moving his sound between: solo melancholic piano ballads, experimental harsh sounds, synth-guitar powerful extravaganza to the actual electronic semi melodic tracks.
