Distance is a name of at least four artists. [1] DJ Distance is a South East London-based producer who was instrumental in dubstep’s early development. Real name Greg Sanders, Distance is credited with introducing the much-imitated heavy riffage of metal to dubstep at the dawn of the genre. Before picking up Cubase and becoming a producer, he was a fan of heavy and industrial bands like Pantera and Fear Factory. In 2001 he was being drawn to the dark garage sound that was all around him in South London. Tracks by Oris Jay or Wookie on DJ EZ’s Saturday night...
Incorrect Spotify re-direction to the British dubstep producer Distance. Band Information (new bio being added shortly) Jay Reason has grown up in the punk scene. He is now a man in his 20’s and his voice as well as what he has to say has matured quite a bit. The Distance, which Reason fronts has also matured, their upcoming full-length The Rise, The Fall And Everything In Between is a mesh of melodic driving pop hooks, fully fleshed out arrangements and built upon a foundation of speedy punk energy. “I call it my attention deficit disorder record” says Reason, which...
Absent Hearts is the coming together of two like-minded musicians; Multi-instrumentalist Scott Kay (Statues/Voyager) from Perth, Western Australia and vocalist Daniel Tompkins (ex-Tesseract, Piano) from Nottingham, United Kingdom. Originally Scott's solo project [The K. Project], Absent Hearts was the result of pure chance meeting through the web. With Scott's love of layering instruments, and Dan's emotive and powerful voice, the result is something quite unique; post-rock atmosphere with pop sensibility and structure. Scott's Arctic EP in 2010 was the first release to feature Daniel's voice. Absent Hearts' debut album, August Earth is now available exclusively on BandCamp! For more information...

In 2007 SATOR ABSENTIA announced through various interviews a movie called "Ypsilon", supposed to be released on COLD MEAT INDUSTRY (winter 2007). Unfortunately the DVD was never released and the project suddenly ceased to exist. .
