O Bokaloka surgiu no ano de 1995 com o nome de "Água na boca", e era formado por Renatinho (vocalista), Toninho Branco (cavaco), Leandro (pandeiro), Layse (percussão), Robinho (bateria), Pedro Py (teclado), Marcelo (baixo) e Bidú (surdo).
