SUGAR BABE was a Japanese band formed in Tokyo, Japan in 1973 and splitted up in 1976. The original lineup consisted of 山下達郎(Tatsurō Yamashita), 大貫妙子(Taeko Ōnuki), 村松邦男(Kunio Muramatsu), 鰐川己久男(Kikuo Wanikawa) and 野口明彦(Akihiko Noguchi). .
Da Bush Babees is a group of underground hip-hop artists loosely affiliated with the Native Tongues. The members of the group are Babe-B-Face Kaos (later Lee Majors), Mister Man (later Mr. Khaliyl) and Y-Tee. The three grew up in Jamaica and Trinidad, and hence reggae strongly influenced its style, but it was in 1992 in Brooklyn, NY, where Mister Man first saw Kaos perform, that the group was formed. All of the music on the EPs was recorded at night with an Epiphone Les Paul Custom Pro, going through a Strymon Timeline and a Strymon Big Sky. A little extra processing in logic. .
