Cartel de Santa to meksykański zespół z miejscowości Santa Catarina (prowincja Nuevo León). Zaczął grać w 1996 roku w ramach ruchu muzycznego zwanego Regia Avanzada. Obecnie składa się z Eduardo Davalosa de Luny, znanego również jako MC Babo (wokal), MC Dhariusa, Rowana Rabii (Beatmaker) i DJ Agustina (występującego tylko w koncertach ). Jest to jeden z najbardziej znanych meksykańskich hip-hopowych artystów.
Grupa stała się sławna w 2003 roku, kiedy wydała swój pierwszy debiutancki album "Cartel de Santa", zawierający hity takie jak "Perros", "Todas mueren por km" i "La pelotona".
