Aleksander Zarzycki - pianista, kompozytor, dyrygent i pedagog. Urodzony 26 lutego 1834 we Lwowie, zmarł 1 listopada 1895 w Warszawie. Po ukończeniu gimnazjum w Samborze wyjechał na studia muzyczne za granicę - początkowo studiował grę na fortepianie pod kierunkiem Rudolfa Viole’a w Berlinie, następnie kompozycję u Napoléona Henri Rebera w Paryżu. W 1856, jeszcze w czasie studiów, odbył tournée wraz ze skrzypkiem Nikodemem Biernackim - występowali m.in. w Jassach, Krakowie oraz Poznaniu, zyskując uznanie krytyki i publiczności. 30 marca 1860 miał miejsce paryski debiut Zarzyckiego jako pianisty, podczas którego zagrał Koncert fortepianowy f-moll Adolfa von Henselta, solowe utwory Fryderyka Chopina...
Åge Aleksandersen (born March 21, 1949, in Namsos, Norway). Is one of his countrys most famous singer/songwriters, musicians. Some of his most well known songs are "Lys og Varme" (Light and Warmth), "Fire Pils og en Pizza" (Four Pilseners and a Pizza) and "Rosalita". He also wrote and performed the official song of the 1997 Nordic skiing World Championship (held in Trondheim) together with two other musicians from the region, Ulf Risnes and Bjarne Brøndbo. The song was called "Snørosa" (The Snowrose). So far, Åge has sold almost 1,5 million copies of his many albums in Norway alone. .
