"We are BadApple. Egyptian rock band. We live for music. We are music. We believe in life." Combining original and covers, rock tunes and all-time-favorites; the band’s genre diversity leaves no one unsatisfied, regardless of age or musical preference. They have been performing for 2 years in different venues around Cairo, breaking the record on their first gig for largest crowd number for a first time band. In their second major gig the crowd number doubled. The next step is to go global. Besides the band line-up, BadApple drown their concerts with different guests and acts to burst their shows....
The Pineapple Thief - angielska grupa muzyczna grająca indie rock i rock neoprogresywny. Powstała w 1999 w Yeovil w hrabstwie Somerset w Anglii. Nazwa Pineapple Thief pierwotnie firmowała solowe wizje muzyczne Bruce'a Soorda. W 1999 ukazał się debiutancki album Abducting the Unicorn, a w 2001 kolejny - 137. W odpowiedzi na pozytywne reakcje odbiorców Soord postanowił na stałe powiększyć skład i rozszerzyć działalność koncertową. Wiosną 2002 do Pineapple Thief dołączyli Jon Sykes (gitara basowa), Wayne Higgins (gitary), Matt O'Leary (instrumenty klawiszowe) i Keith Harrison (perkusja). O'Leary'ego zastąpił później Steve Kitch, zaś Higgins opuścił zespół. Grupa od początku współpracowała z wytwórnią...
"Formed in 1986 by school friends Matthew Bolton on bass, and Eddie Taylor with his guitar, in Eddie's dad's garage. A recording of 'Everything' was added to numerous compilation tapes and The Apple Moths quickly grew, adding Matthew's brother Richard on vocals and tambourine, and cousin Steven Hadcroft (the ginger wizard) on Keyboards. The band moved offices to Richard's attic bedroom where they wrote some tunes and began to gig. Soon after, The Apple Moths were picked up by A Turntable Friend, and released the Fred Astaire ep on 7" that's all we can remember just now!" .
