Growing up in the middle of the music scene in Bandung, especially in Death metal scene, has inspired BESIDE to form a Hardcore band. BESIDE was born in the middle of May 1997, in the suburb of Bandung, Indonesia, in a place called Ujung Bronx, born from a big community called HOMELESS CREW. At this place too, they also spend most of their time, discussing about music, developing a scene, or just perfecting their idea about music. Pandai Besi beranggotakan personel Efek Rumah Kaca, yaitu Cholil Mahmud (vokal, gitar) dan Akbar Bagus Sudibyo (drum, vokal latar); ditambah additional player tetap saat di panggung yakni Airil "Poppie" Nurabadiansyah (bas, vokal latar); serta didukung Andi "Hans" Sabarudin (gitar), Muhammad Asranur (piano), Agustinus Panji Mahardika (terompet), dan Nastasha Abigail (vokal latar). Proyek ini dimulai dengan beberapa latihan di studio sejak bulan puasa tahun lalu. Di tengah kesibukan Efek Rumah Kaca merampungkan album ketiga, Pandai Besi mulai serius menggarap proyek spesial yang awalnya hanya iseng untuk melepaskan kebosanan setiap membawakan lagu-lagu di album Efek Rumah Kaca (2007) dan Kamar Gelap (2008)....

Московский коллектив Meaning Beside образовался в 2005 году. Группа изначально выбрала за основу своего творчества стиль Melodic Death Metal, украсив его сильным чистым вокалом, а также, свойственными хардкору брейкдаунами. Коллектив постепенно укомплектовывался, приходили и уходили люди. В 2007 году группа записала на студии Навахо свой дебютный EP из 5 композиций. Этот релиз распространялся исключительно через интернет и был тепло принят слушателями. Группа дает концерты, активно репетирует; в середине 2008 года записиывает полноформатный альбом из 13 треков под названием "The Reaping", вышедший в последствии 29 апреля 09 года.
