Gianni Drudi è un cantautore contemporaneo italiano di Rimini, che negli ultimi anni è anche produttore. Inizialmente si è fatto conoscere per canzoni goliardiche come Fiki Fiki, o Capitone Dance. The Rudiments were considered the dark side of ska. They mixed heavy punk with a bit of ska. Signed to Dill Records (home of Skankin' Pickle) but broke up in '97. They came from the East Bay Ska/Punk scene and drew heavily from other bands utilizing the fusion of the two sounds like Operation Ivy and The Clash. Originally known as Los Rudiments, the band released 2 full albums and a split with the Suicide Machines, and had a compilation album re-released through Asian Man records. .
