マーカス・ミラー（Marcus Miller,1959年6月14日 - ）は、アメリカのベーシスト、音楽プロデューサー、作曲家・編曲家である。ジャズ・フュージョン界にて活躍している。
ベーシストとしてのマーカスは、'77年製フェンダー・ジャズベースをトレードマークとして、スラップ、タッピング、独特のネック寄りのフィンガー弾きなどの奏法を駆使して、表現力豊な深みのある音でそれを鳴らし、またジャズ、R&B、ファンクなどあらゆる音楽ジャンルの習得・理解をバックボーンとしたベースラインやグルーヴ感を伴った演奏が最大の魅力である。特にスラップ奏法の独特なサウンドは、他のベーシストに大きな影響を与えた。世界中にファンがいる20世紀末 - 21世紀を代表するベーシストの一人。
