Machinae Supremacy is a metal band from Luleå, Sweden. Their musical style is based on the use of the Sidstation synthesizer, which incorporates the SID (Sound Interface Device) of the Commodore 64 home computer. The retro-electronic sound is blended with a metal sound to produce a special kind of "SID-metal" . Their album Redeemer (released March 18th, 2006 as an 'Underground Edition'), was described by the band in an interview as everything DXM (Deus Ex Machinae, the debut album) wasn't. El Cortez is a trance project of two EDM producers/DJs Roger Pierre Shah (aka DJ Shah) and Thomas Godel (aka DJ Cosmo), both from Germany. They also produce music together under the alias 'Purple Mood'. For the 'El Cortez' alias, they have produced only one track so far (as of March 2008) - a melodic trance track called 'Desert Rose'. Cortex Thrill was founded in June 1992. by Ivo Topolovčan (Cortex) and Sven Gleđa (Spacerunner). In The 1993 they released 4 Tracks on The first Croatian techno compilation, "Zagreb City Limited" (Dancing Bear) and EP for Loving ED Records with name "Eyes of Destruciton". In 1993, Sven left the project and Ivo continued to work under the same name. In the next two years Cortex Thrill music was published by Bonzai records. They published 4 releases.
