2010年にテキサスにてCROWN THE EMPIREを結成。
2011年に自主EP"Limitless"をリリース。自主EPをリリースすると瞬く間にファンが拡大し、Youtubeでの再生数も3,000,000を超えるほどに。2012年にはAttack Attack!やThe Devil Wears Prada、Sleeping With Sirensなどを輩出した名門レーベル"Rise Records"と契約。
2012年にプロデューサーにJoey Sturgis (Of Mice & Men, The Devil wears Prada, Attack Attack!)を迎え、今作"The Fallout"の制作を開始。
2012年11月に今作"Fallout"を本国アメリカでリリース。リリース後も勢いは止まらず、Pierce The VeilやThe Usedなどとツアーを回り、更には大手音楽雑誌"Alternative Press"の表紙も飾った。そして、今年のVans Warped Tour 2013に全日程出演も決定している。
