1970年～80年代の日本のポップスにも通じる哀愁歌謡センスが浸透したサウンドが最大の武器。
2008年発売の1stフルアルバム「夢幻シンドローム」が圧倒的なセールスをみせ、インディーズシーンして確固たる地位を築いた彼ら。
近年ではメロディックの世界に留まることなく、THE BACK HORN主催「KYO-MEI大会」の出演、
a flood of circleのツアー参加など活動のフィールドを広げている。
そして、2010年 Fifty Four Sounds/Sony Music Recordsと契約。
レーベル移籍第一弾として前作「茜」との2部作となる「蒼」を2010年8月4日リリース。
そして待望の2nd Full Album「トランキライザー」を2011.2.16にRELEASEする。

The Outer Limits were a British pop and psychedelic group in the 1960s.
The group was founded in Leeds as the Three Gs Plus One. They signed to Deram as The Outer Limits and released one single; "Just one more chance" / "Help me please". The B-side is sought after by freakbeat/garage collectors.
The group moved to Andrew Loog Oldham's Immediate label where they released "Great train robbery" / "Sweet freedom" on Instant - a subsidiary label.
After breaking up Jeff Christie moved on to Acid Gallery before finding success in Christie with hits like "Yellow River" and "San Bernadino"....
"With members that reside in Reading, Guildford and High Wycombe, we're not sure bands get more diffused than The Shitty Limits. But then again, when you tour as relentlessly as these guys it doesn't really matter where you lay your head once in a while.
