Carrots were formed in 1997 in Barcelona, Spain and they play a combination of twee pop and psychedelica. The band split up in 2005. Soul/Funk/Psychdelic band formed in the mid-sixties in Mexico City by brothers Salvadore Agüero, Luis Agüero, and Felix Agüero. Salvador, (nickname "Rabito," hence the group's name) played with Esquivel, Dave Brubeck, Dizzy Gillespie among others. The group was active until the mid-seventies.
