Sarah McLeod is the former frontwoman of Aussie rock band The Superjesus. McLeod is one of the best recognised women in the Australian music scene and is known for her enthusiastic and unique stage presence. Biography McLeod was born in 1946 in Trenchtown, Kingston, Jamaica, and before his career in music he trained as a cabinet-maker and a boxer.[1] His debut release was "Mackie", which was produced by Sid Bucknor, who at the time was the resident engineer at Studio One. Rory McLeod is a British folk singer-songwriter born in London. As well as singing, his performances include storytelling in the tradition of the travelling minstrel or troubadour and playing a wide range of instruments including guitar, harmonica, trombone and his own invention the 'stomping box'.
