Le groupe s'est formé en 2005, tout d'abord composé de IKE, KENTA, MOMIKEN et UZ, puis a été rejoint par ENZEL☆ en 2009. Avant la sortie de LIAR, ils se sont principalement produits en concerts, atteignant la centaine en juin 2009, mais ont également réalisé deux singles : Japanication et Sentimental Discord.

dayinthelife were a New York post-hardcore band formed by singer George Reynolds and singer/guitarist Josh DeMarco. The two founder members were subsequently joined by Blunt (guitar), Kris Fleischmann (bass), and John Kamoosi (drums). With the aim of pushing the boundaries of hardcore, dayinthelife mixed the former with elements of other styles, including rock and metal. The group eventually disbanded following the 1997 release of their eponyomous debut on TVT. .
