Estrella Morente née en 1980 est une chanteuse de flamenco issue de la famille gitane Morente, originaire de Granada. Elle est mariée avec le matador de toros de Malaga Javier Conde. Son père, le chanteur Enrique Morente et sa mère la danseuse Aurora Carbonell, lui ont transmis dès l'enfance l'essence du flamenco.
