The Miracle Workers were formed in January 1982 by Gerry Mohr (vocals), and Joel Barnett (bass guitar). The original guitarist and drummer, who were friends of Gerry's, but weren't interested in garage rock, left the band early on. Matt Rogers, a friend of Joel's, became the guitarist. Ron Sheridan became the drummer, though would later leave to pursue a business career. The band stabilized in 1984, with the addition of Dan Demiankow (guitar, organ), and Gene Trautmann (drums). The Miracle Workers lineup in 1986 became Gerry Mohr (vocals), Matt Rogers (guitar), Robert Butler (bass), and Gene Trautmann (drums). [From Wikipedia:...

COLDWORKER was a Swedish death/grind band. The band came to existence about a year after Nasum tragically called it the quits. Drummer Anders Jakobson started looking for members for a new grinding band. After posting in his blog at Nasum.com, Anders Bertilsson (of Ruin) - vague acquaintance to Jakobson - offered to play the guitar in the band. At the same time bass player Oskar Pålsson (of Relentless) was looking for a session drummer for a possible solo demo. He asked Jakobson who informed him about the new grinding band plans and the two ideas were quickly merged into one....

Mocean ("motion") Worker, aka MoWo, is electronic musician/DJ Adam Dorn. Dorn, son of music producer Joel Dorn, incorporates both modern and classical elements of funk, jazz and big-band swing into his work. Dorn currently resides in New York. .
