Penpals are a band from Japan and are responsible for the opening theme for the anime 'Berserk', titled "Tell me Why" among many others, and have currently released a number of Albums, singles, and music DVDs. The band broke up in 2005 with Takashi joining REVERSLOW. Midwest Dilemma presents orchestral folk songs and waltzy ballads on their debut release titled "Timelines & Tragedies." Twenty two members, consisting of strings, woodwinds, brass, orchestral drums, and nontraditional chamber instruments accompany singer-songwriter Justin Lamoureux. "Timelines & Tragedies" is a timeline of family history, tracing Lamoureux's ancestors to their days of French Canadian fur trading, the struggles of his parents' generation with Vietnam, concluding with his life in Omaha. "Timelines & Tragedies" is the perfect outcome of Midwest Dilemma's vision. .
