The band formed in 1996 and plays a style of music they call "Texican Rock n' Roll," combining elements of rock and roll, Texas blues, brown-eyed soul, country, and Tejano. Go It Alone started as a project between friends Mark and Lucas in the spring of 2002, wanting to make melodic youth crew much like their underrated favorites Battery, Outlast and Section 8.
