Kaniba was a dark ambient solo project from Finland, formed by J Dread. He is also owner of Cthulhic Dawn Productions. The music itself is very cold and dreary, giving the listener a strong feeling of apprehension. Kaniba was the continuation of Terrorgoat, the previous project of J Dread. Kaniba is now defunct and has been transformed again into Kanibal Hymn. .
