Hoshina Anniversary (real name unknown) is a Japanese DJ and club/electro artist based in Tokyo, Japan. He debuted in 2010 with the track, "Dangerous", and is signed to TCY Recordings, an indie label founded by ☆Taku Takahashi of m-flo. He perhaps best known to Western listeners as a contributor to the original soundtrack of the anime, "Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt", to which he created the theme song, among others. He has remixed Lady Gaga, The Bloody Beetroots, and Mr. Oizo. .
The Anniversary was an indie rock band formed in 1997 in Lawrence, Kansas. The band released two full length albums: "Your Majesty and "Designing a Nervous Breakdown" as well as a number of splits. Originally a group of high school friends, Matthew Pryor of The Get Up Kids approached them about recording an album. Designing a Nervous Breakdown was the result. The band broke up on February 6, 2004 despite having a number of songs ready for a third album.
