Rolf Magnus Joakim Larsson (Joey Tempest), nació un 19 de Agosto de 1963 en Upplands Vasby, Estocolmo Suecia. Su acercamiento a la música lo tuvo desde muy niño en donde aprendió a tocar guitarra y piano.
