Takanori Nishikawa, nacido el 19 de Septiembre de 1970, es el vocalista de T.M.Revolution, que son las siglas de “Takanori makes revolution”, nombre con el que el cantante quiso identificarse. A pesar de tener nombre de grupo, podría decirse que estamos hablando de un solo cantante, que es el autor de todas las canciones, pero debido al nombre y a que los otros miembros también participan como T.M.Revolution, lo dejaremos como grupo musical, ya que entre ellos y junto a Takanori, que hace de cantante, encontramos a Daisuke Asakura, productor musical, y a Akio Inoue, letrista del grupo.
