Altjian Juric (born 10 June 1975), best known by his stage name Altiyan Childs, is an Australian singer-songwriter. He was the winner of the second season of The X Factor Australia in 2010. After X Factor ended, Childs subsequently signed a recording contract with Sony Music Australia. Jake Childs (born September 30, 1976 in Austin, TX) is a DJ who specializes in house and techno. His father was a Navy Jazz Band trumpeter, and Jake followed in his musical footsteps. Jake himself plays the drums, guitar, keyboard, bass and trumpet. At 17, he began DJing at San Antonio clubs in the 1990's and has played sets in North America, New Zealand, Europe, Africa, and South America. His record label, Uni.form Recordings, is home to several house artists such as Johnny Fiasco and Black Soul.
He currently lives in Capetown, South Africa. .
