Norman Jeffrey "Jeff" Healey (* 25. März 1966 in Toronto, Ontario; † 2. März 2008 eben da) war ein kanadischer Blues- und Rockgitarrist, Trompeter und Sänger. Er erblindete im Alter von einem Jahr in Folge eines Retinoblastoms. Zwei Jahre später bekam er seine erste Gitarre, die er auf eine recht ungewöhnliche Weise spielte: Healey spielte sitzend, wobei er sich das Instrument flach auf seine Oberschenkel legte.
